This may not be a new session, but well worth catching up on ahead of tonight’s XOYO show. We’ve been enthusing about these guys as one of the best live acts around right now and tonight’s show feels unmissable.

Our slate of gigs this week all happen on Tuesday evening – who said Midweek was dead eh? Ahead of next week’s very busy gig-times we’re focusing all energy on two very good gigs indeed.

DJANGO DJANGO + BULLION (DJ) – HOXTON BAR AND KITCHEN (TUESDAY)

One of our favourite bands for quite a while now, they are especially good live, and we are looking forward to seeing them at Hoxton Bar and Kitchen ahead of what will surely be a crossover year for the band. In support is the excellent Bullion on the decks.

GIVERS + ZULU WINTER – XOYO (TUESDAY)

Another favourite of the year and by all accounts Kings of CMJ this year. Givers are a real force live, it’s not understatement to say this band have one of the best shows right now, definitely worth catching. Lower on the bill are recently EYOE tips Zulu Winter, who bring their soaring show to XOYO.

The world’s favourite kids choir take on this already extremely uplifting song by Givers. Brighten up Friday with this and then come and see Givers at XOYO next week.

We have Chairlift playing for us tonight and loved seeing them prank Boiler Room throwing down some serious dance moves and garnering some pretty funny chat room commentary. Enjoy this one in full screen.
